New Road & Comment

Added a new road and comment on the Illinois page:

  1. SR 102 is a scenic ride along the Kankakee River southwest of Chicago.
  2. Added comments to SR 113 which runs along the opposite bank of the Kankakee River.

The two roads can be combined to create a nice scenic 40+ mile loop.
